Softwares in PYTHON

· SimulPY (Simulation Tool in PYTHON)

Developed as a tool to simulate transistor’s behavior, this software allows a great variety of graphs, with high interaction and any kind of axis (x and y), considering all posible EKV2.6 parameters. It shows to be an axcellent tool for developing new transistor’s models at extreme environments, once allows changing the equations running at the backgroud of simulations.

· PExPY (Parameter Extraction Tool in PYTHON)

Developed as a tool to generate new libraries for transistors, it allows specifying parameters for any node technology. As a part of my PhD Thesis, it was tested for 0.35um, 0.18um and ALD IC’s Technologies at cryogenic temperatures, showing errors less tan 10%.  It shows to be an axcellent tool for creating new libraries for transistors at extreme environments. SimulPY runs a module of PExPY.

· CMePY (CounterMeasures Tool in PYTHON)

This tool was developed to calculate laser safety parameters considering human eyes and skin. It focus on the application of DIRCM lasers and the harzards provided for human health. It also calculates the parameters when different kinds of interfaces are placed between the source of radiation and the people.

· OptimPY (Optimization Tool in PYTHON)

This tool was developed in order to optimize the yield of an array of detectors (sensors), considering dead pixels in any position of the matrix. Considering the rules of detection and the position of the main window, it optimizes the detection.

· RadiPY (Radiation Tool in PYTHON)

As a result of a Science Expo of my son in South Africa, this tool allows to calculate the radiation of a source (cell phone) in any directions and angles, considering the limits to human health. It presents polar graphs (2D) and 3D graphs of the radiation, color based, considering the harzard to human being.

· ThermPY (Thermal Equilibrium Tool in PYTHON)

This tool calculates the time for stabilization of a sample inside a cryogenic probe. Considering thermodynamic laws and the mass of the sample, it provides the time to achieve temperatura stabilization for measurements of samples.
